This Recipe will make about 2 cups of Pico de gallo
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup seeded, diced tomatoes (i use roma tomatoes)
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1-2 diced jalapenos (more or less according to taste)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Juice of 2 small limes
- 3 tbsp cilantro, plus extra for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
